now, this is a story all about how a lonely New England fish(er)man's curiosity led to the awakening of Great Elder gods Vhiler, Uvhuibh'zhun, and Graioxorc and then on to a mind-destroying non-linear extradimensional experience beyond Mars

Robert Johns takes up residence in a ramshackle house at the end eof Water Street in Sowams, RI. He lives near ancient Indian mounds which he has seen strange lights by. Seen similar lights out at sea early in the morning. But when he's told the few people he talks to, they dismissed him. For fear of being seen as even more of an outcast, he no longer talked about it. He had an odd personality which kept eople at bay. Not a bad man, but not particualrly good. 56. Drinks too much on ocassian, fishes most of his time away. Bad hygeine and no good uprining. Raided by "aunt and uncle" untill age 13, don't remember anyone else, but rumors swirlled that those were not his relatives. Other rumors were worse and mostly went unmentioned that he was the abominable offsing bewteen man and beast.
